1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Same-day delivery is available for select locations when orders are placed beforeΒ 12 PM local time.

  • Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery methods:

Local Delivery Same day / Next day Available within Pearl, MS. Hand-delivered by our in-house couriers to ensure freshness.
Standard Shipping 2–5 business days Available nationwide for non-perishable gift items and preserved arrangements.
Express Shipping 1–2 business days Available for select zip codes and products (please check product page).

Note: Fresh flower deliveries are limited to our local delivery zones to maintain quality.


3. Delivery Fees

Shipping and delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location, delivery method, and product type.

  • Free local delivery on orders over $100.

  • Additional surcharges may apply during peak seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day).


4. Delivery Instructions

At checkout, you can add special instructions (e.g., gate code, recipient’s name, delivery time preference).
We do our best to honor delivery time requests, but they cannot be guaranteed.

If the recipient is unavailable at delivery:

  • Our driver may contact them directly using the provided phone number.

  • If unreachable, flowers may be left safely at the address or returned to our shop for re-delivery (subject to an additional fee).


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship fresh flowers outside our local delivery area.

  • Some gifts (e.g., chocolates or alcohol) may have regional or age-related restrictions.

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or international addresses.


6. Order Tracking

For eligible shipments, you will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
Local deliveries may be confirmed via text or email notification once completed.


7. Weather & Seasonal Conditions

Extreme weather conditions may affect delivery times or product availability.
In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide alternate delivery dates or substitutions of equal or greater value.
